Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
Posisi :
Asst Manager, Procurement (Tehnical Procurement)
The Procurement Downstream Assistant Manager is responsible as a section head to manage 4-5 subordinates in her/ his section.
- He/ She is to lead and manage the respective section in daily procurement /operational activities.
- Monitor and manage team performance based on the deliverable set in the department KPP.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external and local/regional stakeholders
- Analyze, monitor and manage material cost drivers, key input cost, index movements, market trends
- Provide professional support to the team: coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop talents in the team etc
Requirement:
- Candidate MUST post Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Min 10 years in technical procurement with project experience ( in handling, procuring, cost control and expediting ) as well as involvement in technical spec review, discussion and decision with experience in palm oil industry
- Strong leadership and self-confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- High diligence, patience under strong pressure, persistent
